connection probs

you might have noticed, i m not online very often.
thats due to some connection problems. my freelancer wont connect to the global server.
so i dont see no servers.
but sometimes it s workin- i can t figure out what exactly causes this problems.
any ideas?

you need downloud Xfire an conecting to the server with Xfire help))

Please Do the following to connect to the void

1- right click on the Freelancer icon on the desktop
2- click on " properties "
3- click on " Find Target "

Then a Folder will be opened of the Freelancer game setup.

4- Find a File named " FLDirectIP"
5- Double click on that file , and it will open a Window.
6- Add on IP Address ----> 85.14.217.82
7- Add on the Port ------> 2302
8- Click on " ADD SERVER "
9- Click on " Launch Freelancer "

Freelancer will open.

10- Choose " Multi-Player "
11- Choose " LAN " , dont choose internet

the list will open and only VOID server will show on the list.

12- double click on VOID Server , and WELCOME online.

Or u can to do Link on ur Desktop PC with next to write in stroke:

1. Object: "C:\Program Files\Freelancer\EXE\freelancer.exe" -s85.14.217.82:2302
2. Work folder: "C:\Program Files\Freelancer\EXE"

and one klik will start ur game on it server


SO u can to do The links on many servers on ur desktop
(u need change only IP adress in Link), but need remember that need change mods in FLMODmanager before conection.)

If you want to play on other servers from time to time you can download a global server workaround at
http://stats.freelancerserver.de/
With this workaround you can see all servers that are listed on the server statistics page, ingame.

Important: Need use FLMM :
1. In begin need to install Workaround Mod , after -Void2115 mod, deinstall need to do in back serial ( i was do so-- install Workaround on clear Frelanceer in begin!) .

2.The workaround mod is compatible with the Humburg City Mod if you activate the HC mod first, and the workaround mod at last.
